I spent the morning filming at Forman’s Fish Island, an unlikely location for a conference centre on the upper level of a salmon smoking factory in East London. It is billed as the closest venue to the 2012 London Olympics site. Today it was hosting an event for VISA with Steve Redgrave (who brought along his five Olympic gold medals) as well as a selection of Britains 2012 hopefuls. The smoked salmon bagels were delicious!
