Yesterday evening I was in the opulent surroundings of Mansion House along with most of the City’s bankers listening to Nick Clegg at the annual CityUK dinner. It was a straightforward job as I was simply there to film the four after dinner speeches. The deputy Prime Minister warned of a slow and fitful recovery of the UK economy. Let’s hope it’s not too slow!
