Today was an unexpectedly sunny day – I was at the Serpentine all day filming a triathlon masterclass given by Olympic athletes Marc and Helen Jenkins. In the morning we had a group of school children who were given an introduction to the three disciplines. Mark and Helen were in the water giving them swimming tips whilst Watt Bikes were on hand with cycling optimisation tips and the Running School were giving advice on running. In the afternoon it was the turn of some General Electric employees (GE being one of the Jenkins’ sponsors). Great fun as always!
