Today I joined thousands of girls flocking to Londons Olympia for this years Vitality Show. I was filming for the organisers who want to put together a couple of films to attract next years exhibitors and visitors. Fashion shows, massages, healthy food and lots of guest speakers. I was only one of a handful of men amongst lots of women but I got lots of good footage and even found time for a few free treatments… I’m already planning next years visit!
