Sometimes filming conferences can be interesting! For the past two days I’ve been filming for an American multinational technology company who were hosting a summit in London for their partners. My role was to provide footage for a ‘sizzle reel’ of the two days. I filmed various tech presentations in the seminar theatre as well as lots of interviews with delegates. However the highlight for me, (as well as the grand finale for the two day event), was a presentation by Canadian astronaut, ex-commander of the International Space Station and fighter pilot, Chris Hadfield. What an inspirational man. He spoke for almost an hour on his time in space and the challenges it presented. Before his talk, I got him in front of the camera for ten minutes to ask a few questions and I wished we could have had several hours.
