I spent yesterday evening in the company of Britain’s fashion icons. I was hoping they may pick up some of my tips, for example the versatility of a good ‘gilet’ waistcoat for all occasions. Instead I stayed put in my position at the back of the Coliseum and filmed the whole awards ceremony along with a team of other cameramen. There were 26 edits that all had to be completed overnight but above is a collection of highlights. My shots are all the head-on close-ups during the awards.
