Yesterday I spent the day at a canoe club in Teddington filming with Tim Brabants, winner of Britain’s first gold medal in canoeing. He was incredibly patient with our filming requirements, spending most of the day racing up and down for the camera after a gruelling early morning training session. He deserves another gold next year and I for one will be cheering for him!
