Today found me at Hyde Park’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel, to film London’s Islamic Fashion Festival. The IFF has staged events in Kuala Lumpur, Abu Dhabi, Astana, Dubai, Jakarta, Monte Carlo, New York, Singapore and Bandung. Several designers were showcased in between various musical performances, including a beat boxer accompanied by an electric violin! Slightly surreal but a fun day. The day was hosted by the First Lady of Malaysia, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and guest of honour was Princess Charlotte of Monaco.
