Back to the Olympics related filming today for a job in West London where Rebecca Adlington was speaking to a group of IHG employees about performance enhancement. Normally I find it difficult to draw many parallels between sport and business, but today changed my mind. Whilst there are many differences, there are also many comparisons to be drawn and it was very thought provoking as well as a superb opportunity for them all to meet our multiple medal winning swimmer.
