Last week I went to the Amex Stadium in Brighton to film a masterchef style cook-off for Sussex Young Chef. It was a manic shoot, trying to keep up with lots of chefs all cooking at the same time, three courses as well as setting up and filming interviews before and after the event. I was filming for Bon Vivant who put together this great edit.
